The ring of honor gets a crowd
The defecating woman
A woman defecated inside of a Tim Hortons restaurant in Canada and threw her feces at an employee after she grew irate during an argument.
The woman, who remains unnamed, was arrested Monday by Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Langley, British Columbia, where the fast food restaurant where the incident occurred is located, according to The Province.
According to knowledge now known: The store denied her access to the bathroom. She took matters into her own hands with an act of civil poop-obedience .. And then grabbed the fecal matter and threw it at the store worker. Before leaving, she used store napkins to wipe her backside...

The Yanny Laurel Mandela Effect?
The Green Mile is a long road
The Russian government claims Koku Istambulova is the world's oldest person.
But she has bluntly said her longevity "was God's will" and she "did nothing to make it happen". While some people chalk it up to a healthy or active lifestyle, "tired" Koku said: "I have no idea how I lived until now."
Koko is set to turn 129 in two weeks... and she added: “I have not had a single happy day in my life."
Now that is something surely to look forward to. The Golden Years.... raining down on you.
The day the sun dies

yahoo.com
Scientists work out what will happen when the sun dies
Professor Albert Zijslra says, ‘When a star dies it ejects a mass of gas and dust – known as its envelope – into space.
‘The envelope can be as much as half the star’s mass. This reveals the star’s core, which by this point in the star’s life is running out of fuel, eventually turning off and before finally dying.
‘It is only then the hot core makes the ejected envelope shine brightly for around 10,000 years – a brief period in astronomy. This is what makes the planetary nebula visible.
‘Some are so bright that they can be seen from extremely large distances measuring tens of millions of light years, where the star itself would have been much too faint to see.’

Don’t let your yanny rest on it’s laurel
This is the new dress of the year!! Laurel vs Yanny. For the record, the hears at Front Page Aliens heard Laurel. Friends who listen hear yanny. Someone who initially heard laurel suddenly changed his pitch and now hears yanny.
This debate is surely set to get really ugly.
The Deacon returns to Coast to Coast AM
It was great to hear the Deacon once against on Coast to Coast AM last night.. Ian Punnett, the weekly fixture in many Coast fans’ lives for years, was afflicted with tinnitus and was forced to leave..
Now it seems he will be occasionally back again.
Last night he brought back his style and bad puns with an array of strangeness about desert cryptids and oddities.
Exactly what late night paranormal/strange radio should be all about.
Looking forward to hearing more from Ian Punnett.

High anxiety in the ring of fire …
The West Coast is home to an 800-mile (1,300-kilometer) chain of 13 volcanoes , from Washington state’s Mount Baker to California’s Lassen Peak. They include Mount St. Helens, whose spectacular 1980 eruption in the Pacific Northwest killed dozens of people and sent volcanic ash across the country, and massive Mount Rainier, which towers above the Seattle metro area.
And suddbely people along the west coast are worried that some of volcanoes may get active, thanks for the effect from the Hawaiian eruptions..

According to the Associated Press:
Mount Rainier eruptions in the distant past have caused destruction as far west as Puget Sound, some 50 miles (80 kilometers) away.
The volcano hasn’t produced a significant eruption in the past 500 years. But it remains dangerous because of its great height, frequent earthquakes, active hydrothermal system, and 26 glaciers, experts said.
An eruption on Mount Rainier could rapidly melt glaciers, triggering huge mudflows — called lahars — that could reach the densely populated surrounding lowlands, Westby said.

State Agency Accidentally Releases ‘Remote Mind Control’ Records!!
State Agency Accidentally Releases ‘Remote Mind Control’ Records!!
DAILY BEAST:
According to
Muckrock
, a nonprofit that publishes government information gathered through FOIA requests, the mind-control documents came from the Department of Homeland Security-linked agency in the form of a file called “EM effects on human body.zip.” The file reportedly contained various diagrams detailing the horrors of “psycho-electronic weapon effects.”
One diagram lists the various forms of torment supposedly made possible by using remote mind-control methods, from “forced memory blanking” and “sudden violent itching inside eyelids” to “wild flailing” followed by “rigor mortis” and a remotely induced “forced orgasm.” It was not immediately clear how the documents wound up in the agency’s response to a standard FOIA request, but there was reportedly no indication the “remote mind control” files stemmed from any government program.
POPULAR MECHANICS:
The federal government has absolutely experimented with mind control in a variety of methods, but the documents here do not appear to be official.
Waltman had no idea why these documents were included in his request and isn’t sure why the government is holding them. The WSFC did not respond to requests for more information.
Legend Bruno Sammartino dead at 82
Sammartino was the then-World Wide Wrestling Federation's longest-reigning world champion, holding the title for nearly eight consecutive years. He began his record title reign after beating Buddy Rogers at Madison Square Garden on May 17, 1963.
He would not relinquish the belt until a loss to Ivan Koloff on Jan. 18, 1971.
After regaining the title in December 1973, Sammartino went on to have a run of more than years; that's also one of the five-longest world title reigns in the company's history.
The Sheriff’s office defends itself in the Kingdom of Nye
On Monday, the Nye County Sheriff’s Office found itself defending its decision to announce Bell’s death with a video on Facebook about 12 hours after he was found dead at his home in Pahrump on Friday.
The move has drawn some criticism online from people calling it an invasion of the Bell family’s privacy. But a spokesman for the rural department said Sheriff Sharon Wehrly recorded the video statement because Bell was “a huge celebrity” and “we knew we would be inundated with questions.”
“We received information that his death had already begun to circulate via Facebook, and in an effort to get factual information out to the public, prior to the onslaught of public records requests, we decided to do a short press release announcing his death and the pending autopsy,” said Lt. David Boruchowitz. “The release was made once public conversation and requests started coming in.”
Meanwhile the Dark Matter radio network will utilize this week to play classic MIDNIGHT IN THE DESERT shows with host Art Bell.. and on Thursday Coast to Coast Am will feature a full program of clips of Bell, guests, and open lines, hosted by George Noory..(Sourcehttps://www.reviewjournal.com/local/local-nevada/art-bells-fame-factored-in-facebook-death-announcement/ )
Spring misery in the Midwest
The storm front swept across the Midwest this weekend, leaving large swathes of the region blanketed in snow. The city of St. Paul in Minnesota was forced to declare a snow emergency, while nearby Minneapolis is predicted to receive more than 50 centimeters of snow by the time the storm passes through the region.
Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport, which serves the two cities, was forced to cancel nearly 500 flights. Airport officials said the snow was falling too fast for plows to keep runways clear. Hundreds of crashes were reported across the state. Some 300 thousand houses were without electricity.”
Suicide by Sarco
A controversial suicide pod that enables its occupant to kill themselves at a press of a button went on display at Amsterdam funeral show on Saturday.
Called the "Sarco", short for sarcophagus, the 3D-printed machine invented by Australian euthanasia activist Philip Nitschke and Dutch designer Alexander Bannink comes with a detachable coffin, mounted on a stand that contains a nitrogen canister.
"The person who wants to die presses the button and the capsule is filled with nitrogen. He or she will feel a bit dizzy but will then rapidly lose consciousness and die," said Nitschke, who has been dubbed "Dr Death" for his work to legalise euthanasia.

SOMEWHERE IN TIME: ART BELL AND MY FINAL THOUGHTS
This video is somewhat appropriate for the time at hand.. Art Bell, dead at the age of 72 on a Friday the 13th in the spring month of April. This was Art, healthy and alive, waving us all a grand goodbye as a drone flew above his compound in the kingdom of Nye. Pahrump... The desert where he was king.
Initially when the death news was revealed, it was strange. For some reason I woke up around 2am on the East Coast. I fell asleep listening to Clyde Lewis and awoke to him lamenting that he was often the opening act for Bell but never met him.. and now Art Bell was dead.
I was in shock.. I hardly slept from that point and immediately tuned into Coast to hear Noory conduct open lines focusing on Art.
The emotion hit about 24 hours later when I realized just what we lost. Not only a legend, but quite honestly a maverick in industry.. a friend.. someone who comforted us during some of the worst times in history. Someone who had human emotions himself, contemplating suicide after the death of Ramona.. someone who is a father of a new baby.. someone who gave us amazing nostalgic memories in only a style he could. Someone who re-branded 70s and 80s era music as a bumper to his program, complete with the WAV file of the thunder crack that he recorded himself.
His final drone video, featured with this post, fills not only me bit also fans with heartache and joy.
He was famous for not knowing if he would enter the light.. if he would think of it as a bug zapper or if he'd just brave it and figure out the afterlife in the same style he tried to question our current reality.
I post this with tears at this moment. Anyone who grew up with him listening nightly on old fashioned radios or new fangled smartphones have the same appreciation. He took us beyond where we exist.. he took us to the limits of time and space. Was he hokey at times with Mel's hole or fear of the Oiujia Board? Absolutely. But that is what made it all better. The fact we never knew.. the fact he was neutral. Sure, you can get a sense of his thought from the tone of his voice. But boy oh boy.. you just never knew for sure..
And now things are done. Times have changed. There is no 'return to the airwaves.' Heather Wade will decide how MIDNIGHT tears into the night.. Keith Rowland will figure out what to do with his WEB version of events. Bellgab will figure out what's left to gab about in the absence of the man who spawned the site. And we will collectively contemplate his time and space on this planet.. and conjure up some thoughts of his travels as he now contemplates the next realm.
For he is gone.
And we are thankful we had him.
Surprise surprise: Yahoo and AOL just gave themselves the right to read your emails
....and yes... Deja Vue. They already gave themselves the right previously. Just making sure you know ..
;)
Oath, the media division of Verizon that runs both AOL and Yahoo, is unifying the privacy policy of its two giant legacy Internet brands.
When logged in to a Yahoo Mail account Friday users report that Oath notes that it has the right to read your emails, instant messages, posts, photos and even look at your message attachments. And it might share that data with parent company Verizon, too.
Emails related to your banking and financial transactions appear to be equally in the crosshairs of Oath's ad targeting engine.
There appears to be another big change for Yahoo users, too: Oath's previous mutual arbitration clause and class-action waiver has been updated and extended across the company's services to include Yahoo as well
Yes.. that would be nice. . .
Inquiring minds would love to know.. did Art go to the light, or avoid the big bug zapper in the sky!!

Art Bell dead on Friday the 13th
Bell died at his Pahrump, Nev., home, Nye County Sheriff Sharon Wehrly announced in a Facebook post to the community. She described him as a “longtime resident” of the area and said an autopsy to confirm the cause of death would be performed later this week..

Art Bell dead at 72 on Friday the 13th
With the history of Bell, perhaps Friday the 13th was actually the best time to meet a maker ...
Punnet called into Coast to Coast AM last night commenting on the surreal nature of events... He relayed a brief story of how he was originally unsure if Art Bell even liked him as the Saturday host to begin with!
Whitley Streiber, arguably one of Art Bell's closest friends, was distraught when George Noory spoke to him last night. Streiber seemed shocked by the sudden nature of events, commenting that Bell seemed fine a day earlier when he spoke to him..
A law exists in the state that autopsies are performed on people who die in their homes. Same will occur in this case, it is reported.
Meanwhile, a slight scandal is developing between the Bell inner circle and the law enforcement from Nye County.. From the Midnight Facebook page:
The Nye County Sherrif was asked to NOT announce Art's passing by his wife, until an appropriate time. Airyn did not want the media exposure until she was ready. In fact some family members were not even notified. Why would Nye County Sherrif publicize Art's passing until the family was ready? They are a disgrace to the community and an assault to privacy. Those of us in Art's inner circle had a plan to inform the family and fans of Art's passing in an appropriate manner, and they took this away from us. Shame on Nye county sheriff department.
The Tweet to War! Backtrack today?
"Never said when an attack on Syria would take place. Could be very soon or not so soon at all!" he tweeted on Thursday morning. "In any event, the United States, under my Administration, has done a great job of ridding the region of ISIS. Where is our 'Thank you America?'." The latest volley from the US President came as the Kremlin claimed a special hotline for the US and Russian militaries to communicate about their operations in Syria was active and being used by both sides.

The life changing moments

This past week I learned that a truly wonderful person left this planet. She was a kind hearted who led her family through good times and bad.
I have had a bit of a writer’s block lately. I am going through a little bit of a transition myself.
The news couldn’t be more interesting. Donald Trump tweeting about FBI raids on his lawyer’s office due to a porn star scandal. How salacious can you get! A nude protester interrupting Bill Cosby’s trial! Mark Zuckerberg himself appearing before Congress to testify about giving away our secrets to third party companies and Russians! Disasters in the weather world! Major motion pictures! Winter storms!
And maybe it is just information overload.
I opened this post with a brief note about a friend, Kim, who passed away this week. When I met her my life was in a different place. Just after high school and a whole set of different people in my life than what exists now.
Seven year cycles.
There is a theory and belief among some that every seven years, your Chakra changes.
Seven seems to be the magic number. The time when your cells change. The time when your mind and spirit may as well.
0-7 Years – 7-14 Years – 14-21 Years – 21-28 Years – 28-35 Years – 35-42 Years – 42-49 Years – 49-56 Years – 56-63 Years – 63-70 Years – 70-77 Years – 77-84 Years
The period I am in now seems accurate:
From the thirty-fifth to the forty-second year, depending upon one’s personality and what one’s circumstances allow, one begins to feel a new restlessness. In some degree a desire to share whatever one has gained through life with others comes to the surface.
Thus we find many successful business men building libraries, or aiding colleges and the arts at this period in their life. What has been developed or realised can be taken to greater subtlety during this period. This is almost like unfolding something, perhaps similar to the way a flower unfolds a bud that has been developing in earlier phases of its growth. This is when we reassess the results of what we are doing externally in our life. Our relationships, careers, habits and the ways we interact are all put under scrutiny and modified or changed. It’s a time of facing up to what does and what doesn’t satisfy us.
You may reach heights or realisation and creativity not touched previously. The profound breakthrough of ones innate genius that emerges around this time will no doubt be expressed in some degree. However, whatever is attained or realised will be enlarged and synthesised in later periods.
Perhaps this is why the writer’s block is coming to fruition. The culmination of a change.. Our relationships, careers, habits and the ways we interact are all put under scrutiny and modified or changed. It’s a time of facing up to what does and what doesn’t satisfy us.
Indeed it exist like that.. a time when, in this seven year cycle, a mall indeed is also being taken away from our very existence……memories written on walls that now crashed down.
As the seven year cycle evolves…

DAILY BEAST reviews the ENDLESS
NICK SHAGER WRITES,
The Endless is, in one sense, about a crazy UFO sex cult situated in rural California. It’s also, however, a rumination on rebellion, the cyclicality of life, and the dangers of becoming trapped in corrosive, repetitive patterns of thought and behavior. Moreover, it functions as an intricate portrait of the ties that bind siblings, and the way those familial bonds can both hold us back—from finding ourselves, and a place in this world that we can call home—and set us free.
And it also features a demon god that may or may not be malevolent.
Trump will skip the White House correspondents dinner for the second year
“The White House has informed us that the president does not plan to participate in this year’s dinner but that he will actively encourage members of the executive branch to attend,” Margaret Talev, president of the White House Correspondents’ Association, said in a statement on Friday.
The White House press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, plans to appear in Mr. Trump’s stead.

“Backpage.com and affiliated websites have been seized,” said a large notice plastered on the site. The action was led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and Internal Revenue Service and included participation from state authorities.
Backpage, already the subject of multiple criminal probes, has become a lightning rod for critics of websites accused of turning a blind eye to sex trafficking. It has galvanized lawmakers to pass a law limiting the immunity of websites for the actions of their users.
FAMILY REUNION! MENENDEZ BROTHERS BACK TOGETHER AGAIN
Lyle, now 50, was transferred in February to the prison, where his brother had been for years, Thornton said. Then on Wednesday, she said, Erik, 47, was moved into the same housing unit at the prison where his brother is held.
It has been nearly 30 years since the Menendezes’ lives unraveled on a Sunday night in August 1989.
Authorities said the two brothers had bought two 12-gauge shotguns and two movie tickets for “Licence to Kill” — their alibi, according to the Los Angeles Times.

ZUCKERBERG ADMITS: 2 BILLION USERS HAD THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARED
The INTERNET is enraged over what it knew in the back of its collective head since TIME mag named Mark Zuckerberg their person of the year..
Facebook said Wednesday that most of its 2 billion users likely have had their public profiles scraped by outsiders without the users' explicit permission!
The acknowledgment was part of a broader disclosure by Facebook on Wednesday about the ways in which various levels of user data have been taken by everyone from malicious actors to ordinary app developers.
"We’re an idealistic and optimistic company, and for the first decade, we were really focused on all the good that connecting people brings," Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg said on a call with reporters Wednesday afternoon. "But it’s clear now that we didn’t focus enough on preventing abuse and thinking about how people could use these tools for harm as well."

IN THE MEAN TIME.. TENDER TIME WITH TINDER GOES HAYWIRE THANKS TO FACEBOOK PROBLEMS!
When logging into Tinder using Facebook, you get a prompt that says the app “requires you provide additional Facebook permissions in order to create or use a Tinder account.” “This information is used to create fuller profiles, verify authenticity and provide support,” the pop-up reads. After pressing “Ask Me,” the app directs you to Facebook’s site to log in. Tinder then asks you to hand over “relationship interests, work history, and education history” from Facebook. Once you tap “Continue” in the Facebook app, you’re taken back to the Tinder app, where you will either see a loading “Logging In” icon or an error.
Police didn't notice anything weird about the YouTube Shooter
It was 1:40 a.m. Tuesday, and Aghdam was hundreds of miles away from home. Police found her car overnight at a Mountain View parking lot, about 30 miles southeast of YouTube headquarters.
A quick check of her license plate revealed the owner had been reported missing from the San Diego area.
"We contacted the woman inside the vehicle, who was asleep, to check on her and to determine if she was the same person who had been reported missing," Mountain View police said.
NOW YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ALREADY KNEW: FACEBOOK IS READING YOUR PRIVATE MESSAGES
No surprise here.. anyone who acts like this is the first time they heard it needs their heads, or private messages, examined. Oh wait.. Facebook already examined them.
Facebook Inc. scans the links and images that people send each other on Facebook Messenger, and reads chats when they’re flagged to moderators, making sure the content abides by the company’s rules. If it doesn’t, it gets blocked or taken down.
The company confirmed the practice after an interview published earlier this week with Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg raised questions about Messenger’s practices and privacy. Zuckerberg told Vox’s Ezra Klein a story about receiving a phone call related to ethnic cleansing in Myanmar. Facebook had detected people trying to send sensational messages through the Messenger app, he said.
“In that case, our systems detect what’s going on,” Zuckerberg said. “We stop those messages from going through.”
You can most likely deduct the answer using reasoning and common sense.
HEATHER WADING INTO DANGER: ART BELL RESPONDS
Heather Wade announced that she was going to go to Area 51 this coming June.. People have been responding fast and furious, with some stating she is in danger of being arrested--or even killed!Talk show legend and original MIDNIGHT IN THE DESERT host Art Bell is responding in kind to people on Facebook..
What Heather is doing is a brave act. For all my life people have talked Disclosure and talked and talked. I have no illusion that she will get to any Alien anything but at least she feels the need to do something, anything to move beyond talk and raise the stakes in trying to get to the truth. If we have been visited (and I believe we have) we have a right to know. It seems to me we have a moral right to know, will it change people’s basic faith? Not any more than the Pope suddenly being quoted as saying “There is no Hell”. We have a right to know, she is right and if a act of Civil Disobedience helps I am all for it.
On acts of civil disobedience..
Not much has ever happened in America until people have engaged in some act that ended up with jail or a sore head
On whether he would join..
I completely understand what she is doing and why, if I was younger I would join. I guess if you really want change you have to do more then ask
When asked about the famed pilot who called into his show while flying directly into Area 51 in the 1990s,
They don’t know when she is coming, like I have said I have no illusions that she will meet any Aliens or even get close, I think it just makes the point that talking won’t get it done, I feel we have a right to know and have always hoped it would be before I go...

MYSTERIOUS YES.

The new Andre the Giant documentary is criticized for being more one of the WWE
Ric Flair shows up for the first time about 26 minutes in just to make a dick joke. At times, it’s exactly right. It’s maybe never as right as when Vince and Hulk spend about two solid minutes doing impersonations of Andre’s farts. At the same time, the “winner writes the history” version of WWE storytelling is heavy. Heavy. You’ve got Vince McMahon explaining how he took over the territory system by announcing that his product was “vastly better,” with no argument or even a conversation. It was just accepted as fact. Hulk Hogan’s the guy they go to when it’s time to talk about how Andre hated Macho Man Randy Savage, because of course he is, and at one point the documentary straight-up almost becomes a Hogan doc. They push Andre aside to explain Hulk Hogan, which takes time, but in fairness is somewhat necessary for the non-wrestling fan viewer to grasp the big WrestleMania III part. Hogan is there to talk about himself, wearing a Hogan’s Beach T-shirt. WrestleMania and how great WrestleMania is dominates the second half of the film. Mean Gene Okerlund is there to explain how he’d never seen anything as great as WrestleMania!
Stranger Things happen in the summer too
MONDAY APRIL 2 2018

Spring’s break. YES SOMETIMES IT DOES SNOW IN APRIL..

THE APRIL FOOLS ON EASTER
Farewell, Tiangong-1: Chinese Space Station Crashes in Fiery Finale Over South Pacific
And let's be honest.. how creepy
It appears that at around 8:15pm ET, Tiangong-1, Chinese for "Heavenly Palace", the failed space station, crashed in the South Pacific near Easter Island off the west coast of South America.
THE EASTER POEM

Easter feeling upon us.. The cherry blossoms bloom.
Grass is getting greener.. The April dangers loom.
Bunnies hop all over, dropping off their treats.
The powers pick up weapons, often non-discreet.
It is the Easter season, it should be filled with hope.
But with war and bombs and threats all over,
we can hardly cope.
HAPPY EASTER 2018!
Even if the Pope closed hell, Easter songs play on..
For those who worship, Happy Easter.
