It came from the sky
The photo you are looking at is reportedly a metallic ball that crashed into the town—two similar objects were spotted falling from the sky in a neighboring county..
Reports also indicate that residents heard a loud piercing noise as the objects fell to the earth. They also say they saw something looking like a fireball slamming into a vegetable patch ..
The places where the objects have fallen have reportedly been blocked by Chinese government officials—no word officially on what they are nor is there word on whether they REALLY are, or if this is some strange net hoax that I and others have fallen for..
The photos below are from CHINANEWS.COM and show what appears to be some sort of Chinese government official or scientist in bright orange protective clothing as he/she inspects the object..
Perhaps related (MAYBE): There are also reports that a Russian rocket has broken up after its launch..

Either way, Rob Zombie has changed horror over the past decade + ..
I still recall the weird and vibrant feeling I got in theaters when I went to see HOUSE OF 1000 CORPSES.. it was a feeling that rattled me to my core—less the movie’s grotesque scenes but more the people surrounding me cheering on the artsy death scenes..
Nonetheless, Zombie is coming back with 31.. this teaser poster was revealed today .. Zombie has said in an email to BLOODY DISGUSTING that the movie will be for hardcore fans who want blood and gore.. And brutal..
But do we want brutal anymore?
I never cared for the Zombie horror films.. They are amazing in their ability to convey fear, and certainly have been effective in gaining cult following..But isn’t brutal so 2000 and late?
The SAW franchise went overboard and the shock value wore off.. Sure there’s a crowd that still wants as much torture as they can get to fill a day or a movie, but the bigger majority seems to be shifting towards a more methodical and intelligent horror—one that uses scare tactics and creative fright as opposed to gratuitous blood ..
Or maybe I am just misjudging the whole horror scene, which would not be the first time..

We have been hearing a LOT about sex with ghosts lately—one of the more perverse and untold aspects of the paranormal .. you don’t hear about this one on GHOST ADVENTURES.
But now we are hearing more than we want to know about sex from beyond the grave..MANCUNIANMATTERS tells it like it is:

A funny thing happened on the way to the hospital.. those who have followed the HORROR REPORT know most things in my private life stay private.. however there were some issues of medical urgency that took place in late December 2013.. A family emergency that led to some odd time slips, warps of the mind, and deju vue that still chills me..
Fast forward until now: Things really don’t seem to be changing on the oddity front..
Without going into details, the newspaper snippet you are seeing with this post was from May 11, 2014. It was about an old 1800s mining accident that happened in my town.. While the canary was obviously not in this coal mine in 1887, the real northworthy event of the news article is what happened to my father a night before this appeared in the paper..
My dad, who is honest and rarely embelishes, was chilled when he read this .. The night before, he had a dream that he was going to work in a mine.. old fashioned mining clothing was being worn by the five others in the dream. They were encouraging him to go into the mine with them.. He was about to, he said, until a moment of clairty occurred and he turned back, telling them to go on without him. He woke up to his newspaper article that spoke of five men who went to work in a mine and never came out alive.
It brings up delicate questions such as, was it just coincidental that this article appeared a day after my father had that dream? Could he have been alive in 1887 and died during the incident? Or maybe he did not, and instead was a 6th miner who lived because he never entered the mine to perish?
Or it’s all just chance.
Nothing more than chance..
