You may not legally be able to have a dream unless you're ready to pay

Today is a pretty historic day, it is the anniversary of the famed I have a dream speech made by Martin Luther King so many decades ago.. But maybe I should be careful even saying the words I have a dream because the speech has been copyrighted and it will not legally be able to be seen in its entirety in the public domain until 2038!

The King estate gets paid hefty fees and royalties by people who want to use the speech in its entirety..

I must say, I really never knew this. Just when you think all speeches are created equal, a story like this comes along to show you that some are worth more not only in the realm of history but also in the realm of the almighty dollar...
