Yesterday, the HORROR REPORT wrote about something we called the potentially scariest exorcism story ever told.. I was researching online comments about the story of Latoya Ammons when I came across a Facebook post by the RAW STORY. They linked the story with a comment alluding to people believing in exorcisms but not climate change. The reactions from users was even crueler, with many mocking the woman's appearance and calling her mentally unstable. It reminded me of two things: I hate politics, especially when someone inserts a politically charged issue into something completely unrelated to it, and secondly: It amazes me that people cannot believe in BOTH supernatural events and natural events.. Why can't there be a compromise?
For those who feel as angry as me when people completely knock down anyone with a different, or Fortean belief, you're home here at the HORROR REPORT. People like you, me, and those who dare to think different or believe, perhaps, that the messages given to them for years in programming aren't real, can be comfortable on this site. We may mock the hell out of empty vessels like Justin Bieber, but we sure as hell won't knock a woman's character or story simply because of her makeup. No, Latoya Ammons, your story is safe with us. As for whether it's real? That's for our discernment. But you're not going to be made a fool of for telling it..
And now on to the news> The weird, the wild, and the wonderful..
A weird night in Claremore County in Oklahoma.. A loud explosion was heard on January 26 .. Police received calls from people thinking a bomb went off.. The noises were also heard in Rogers County in the same state.. Just more strange noises, loud booms.. bangs.. And oddities from the planet Earth. Something natural, perhaps.. something otherworldly ..? Maybe not. Either way it is creepy to hear on audio, I could not even imagine being a resident and waking to such a haunting, or heavenly, noise..

55 bodies found near former Florida reform school. Reuters reports this: "On a hillside in the rolling, tall-pine forests near the Alabama-Georgia border, a team of more than 50 searchers from nine agencies last year dug up the graves to check out local legends and family tales of boys, mostly black, who died or disappeared without explanation from the Dozier School for Boys early in the last century. The school, infamous for accounts of brutality told by former inmates, was closed by the state in 2011."
I did more research about this school, and everything I found was so horrendous.. so sad.. so depressing. Humanity at its worst.
