A follow up On Sunspot 1520

The major sunspot is one of the latest on the sun in years, and one of the biggest in the current 11 year cycle we are experiencing. Latest observations had 1520 spanning more than 127,000 kilometers - this amounts to about 10 earths. Even more ominous is that 1520 continues to rotate into a perfect position that flares and CMEs unleashed could have a high latitude impact with auroras and potential satellite and radio transmission disruptions depending on how large a flare pops ..
All this of course remains speculation until a flare blows--but with the size and obvious intensity that 1520 presents it's a fear worth contemplating..
