Earthquake swarm in California causes damage to buildings

It has been 'pretty bad' according to a report today in the LA TIMES..

For weeks now, an earthquake swarm has silently been striking under people's feet. Yesterday it become evident that it was not over when it caused a 5.5 mag tremor along with over 100 other smaller shakes in the span of just a few hours. Hardest hit was Imperial County, CA, which is also where many of the quakes were centered.

Power outages.. damaged buildings.. ceiling fans falling..  California is on edge a little more than usual today.

A very strong 7.3 magnitude earthquake also struck yesterday off the coast of El Salvador. A tsunami warning was issued but then canceled shortly after..
