ISAAC: THE STORM THAT NEVER ENDS!?

This is the latest satellite tonight. 10:30 pm looks like 10:30 am.. which looked like 6:30 am.. This storm seems to just be stationary.. hovering over New Orleans .. 7 years to the day that Katrina struck the same location.

Amazing rescues are being reported all over the Gulf Coast. But also tragic circumstances are, too.. houses destroyed.. businesses destroyed.. towns flooded.

Don't let people ever fool you. Category 1 storms are powerful, especially when they overstay their welcome.
