There are door to door warnings telling people to flee rising flood water..
There is another report of thousands fleeing as a dam is nearing collapse.. this is taking place in Mississippi ..Residents were given just 90 minutes to leave, parish spokesman Jeff McKneely told NBC affiliate WDSU-TV.
The parish said "imminent failure" of the dam was expected...
