Attention East Coast: Know your surroundings today

There is a tornado threat today around Baltimore/Washington.. to extends up into Central Pennsylvania. Conditions are favorable for at least drenching rains and winds near 55mph and gusts stronger. Accuweather reports:

A severe weather threat will develop Tuesday afternoon from the southern tier of New York to State College and Harrisburg, Pa., before shifting into Philadelphia, New York City and Baltimore during the late-afternoon and evening hours.
